Mock CQC Inspection

An opportunity to benchmark your service(s) against the current CQC Single Assessment Framework. Drawing on the Quality Statements, Fundamental Standards, Relevant Legislation and Best Practice Guidance, your service(s) will be assessed over a period of days, and you will receive a comprehensive report with high level recommendations for improvement. My experience has shown that an impartial assessment can help you and your team to identify and resolve issues, before they impact the quality of the service provided, and your rating.

Ongoing Compliance

If your Registered Manager, or other colleagues would benefit from some extra help, LML can provide ongoing compliance support on a subscription model. This can be delivered online or in person for an agreed amount of hours. I can review and audit your existing systems, policies and procedures, and quality assurance processes. I can also help you deal with any difficult or sensitive issues. This ongoing support aims to demystify compliance, provide ideas on improvement and assurance, and enable you to evidence CQC Compliance and Excellence on an ongoing basis.

Registration Support​

Providers of Health and/or Social Care service are required to register with the CQC and provide up to date information about how their service[s] are run. As part of this registration process, providers must commit to ensuring that all aspects of their business align with relevant CQC legislation and Fundamental Standards. LML can support providers completing paperwork for first registration, or those needing to make changes to already registered service.

LML recognise the challenges posed to providers by CQC enforcement action, and can provide practical support for responding to Factual Accuracy Disputes, Requirement Notices and Notices of Proposal.
