Let’s Make Lemonade was founded by Gabi Ashton, a CQC compliance specialist with over 15 years’ experience across health and social care, including work in CQC-regulated services and as a CQC Inspector.
This experience gives Gabi a practical understanding of how services are assessed, where providers can become uncertain, and how compliance can be made clearer, more manageable and more meaningful for teams.

About
Gabi Ashton, Founder
I have worked in the Health and Social Care Sector for over 15 years, in CQC Regulated Services, and as a CQC Inspector. This experience on both sides of the CQC has given me valuable insights into why and how services are rated from Inadequate to Outstanding.
I now work independently, specialising in CQC Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Quality Improvement, with the aim of driving improvement and integration across the Health and Social Care sector, in line with regulatory requirements.
At Let’s Make Lemonade, I aim to:
